For starters, here is some information about me which could be useful for others to compare:
Male
27 years old
height: 183cm~
Weight: 90Kg
I've had this bike for about a week and it's doing its job very well. From assembly, to actual use, to storing it, it's a simple and effortless process.
Assembly was done in about 30-40 minutes by myself, everything you need is included in the package. Though keep in mind, the package is quite heavy at first.
Storage is not a problem either. The footprint of the bike is pretty narrow, so when folded it can be stored very easily in some corner, between cabinets or underneath somewhere. Even when it's folded out, it has a pretty small footprint, but despite that it is sturdy when in use, you don't feel like you'll fall off, or that the bike is moving at all.
I have watched a YouTube review beforehand, and the person said that the seat has been improved a lot from the previous model. I can't compare that. But I have noticed the seat isn't as comfortable to sit on after long use. I usually ride the bike for about a 30Km ride which is about 75 minutes for me. And after 30 minutes give or take, the seat starts to hurt my butt and I have to adjust every so often. Keep that in mind when you're going to do long rides. Maybe invest in a gel seat cover.
As for the usage of the bike. I have almost no complaints. The settings go from 1 to 8, and they are noticeable step ups from each other. Not as gradual as actual gym bikes of course, but it does the trick.
I have felt that at higher settings especially 8, The cord in the machine sometimes skips, maybe because it loses friction or something? I don't know. So that makes it not a smooth experience.
Though I must say, I haven't used the 8 setting much yet. I usually sit around 4-5 for my long rides (I keep a pace of 25km/h at these settings), which is more than enough for me to get a good burn in my legs and break a sweat.
The display has simple information shown, you control it with one button which you circulate the different settings with.
I have noticed that the heartbeat sensors are working odd. When you grab the sensors, it begins at around a 70bpm (even if you're already halfway or at the end of an exercise) and it slowly ramps up to your actual heartrate. This can take some time, so if you want an accurate of your heartrate instantly, then this probably won't be possible. This is what I've noticed after using the heartrate sensors a couple times. Might be a defect or something. But it doesn't really bother me.
In conclusion. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive exercise bike for in your home, which you can place at a tv/behind a computer, to watch a show or TV or anywhere even, this is the perfect bike for you. Comes with multiple settings for each individual's strengths and is easy to store and to use.
